Welcome to

Mt. Holly Church believes that ministry should include service and mission both within the church and in the community and the world.  It should provide opportunities for spiritual birth, spiritual growth, worship, and Christian fellowship.

In addition to Sunday school and Children's Church
we meet every Sunday night from 6:00pm - 7:00pm. Each month is based on a
spiritual theme with activities to go along with the theme. Each theme
has a Life Slogan to go along with it. The meetings
you consist of a craft, scripture reading, fun activity to go along with
scripture, and a snack. Each child earns a bible buck each meeting they
attend. The lessons are broken up into three weeks and on the forth week
we do something fun like movie night or pizza night. On the forth week,
they turn their bible bucks in for a surprise grab bag...On months with
five Sundays, we will go on field trips. The cost for snack supper is $1.00.

Scouting

Scouting has been a Church ministry at Mount Holly United Methodist Church for nearly 50 years.  The principles and values on which Scouting is based are in essence Christian principles and values; that of duty to God, duty to Country, kindness to others, service, self reliance and self confidence.  Consequently, Mount Holly sees Scouting as a partner in the Christian development of our young men and women as well as a community outreach for those who might not have Christ in their lives.
